  • 4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • Coarse salt (for rim)
  • Ice

  • grapefruit wedge (optional)

Method
 

  1. Moisten the rim of a highball or rocks glass with a grapefruit wedge.
  2. Dip the rim into coarse salt to coat.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Add Illadelph Vodka and fresh grapefruit juice.
  5. Stir gently and garnish with a wedge of grapefruit, if desired.
