1. Please note that minor damage to the boxes may occur during transit and delivery. IlladelphSpirits.com is not responsible for such minor damage.
2. Illadelph Spirits is responsible for any lost shipments and will replace the order for free within a reasonable period of time.
3. If you fail to receive your order after the maximum number of deliveries attempts as per the shipping agency’s policies, and the product is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
4. You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order, and you must be at least 21 years of age to accept delivery.
5. The customer is solely responsible for abiding by their local and state laws regarding the purchase and delivery of alcoholic beverages.
1. All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out within 4-6 business days.
2. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or during the holiday season will be shipped out within 5-7 business days from the following Monday.
Our distillery is located in Philadelphia, PA.
Your order may not be shipped to P.O. boxes under any circumstances. You must provide a valid physical address for delivery.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
You acknowledge that all items purchased on the Site are for personal consumption ONLY and not for resale. Sales tax will be charged based on the state requirements of the place of delivery. Any additional local taxes, if any, imposed by your state will be your responsibility.
All delivered products must be signed by an adult over the age of 21; otherwise, products will not be delivered. Please check your order immediately upon delivery. Any missing or incorrect items must be reported within two (2) business days from the date of delivery.
If an incorrect item was shipped, please contact us immediately over email at info@illadelphspirits.com. Submit a photo of the sealed bottle along with your receipt or order number. If you do not receive a response within 7 days, please call us.

Illadelph Spirits reserves the right to change any information on the Website at its sole discretion at any time.
